We are back from Norway and have just seen Let the right one in. Such a good film. Wow. If you like scary films then this is for you. Normally Im not a huge fan of subtitles (you know, multi-tasking and all that!) but you forget they are there as there is not a huge amount of dialogue (and I was chuffed to understand most of the Swedish as its very similar to Norwegian) Go and see this film(in UK cinemas now)

Hej! from Sweden

I LOVE Sweden. Left up to me we would be moving to Stockholm in a heartbeat but its not that easy to just up and leave..... We have had lots of fun here, again the weather has been perfect for us and we spent the afternoon just lounging on the rocks eating delicious seafood,
and then to top it all off we stumbled upon an iittala outlet store where I
almost died and went to heaven at the cheap prices (I came out with a very large
bag stuffed full!)

Ramton Island

This is the view from out bedroom. Each morning has been slightly different weather.
In the summer we swim over to Ramton Island or row over in the boat,
is'nt it magical in that light?

Postcard from Norway (part3)

We have had many walks on the Fjord, visited Drøbak,Son,Fredrikstad old town,Holmsbu,Halden and many more little coastal villages that I cant remember
the names off. We have eaten reindeer,meatballs and hotdogs and too much salty
liquorice.

Postcard from Norway

Having a wonderful time! Spring arrived in Norway when we stepped off the
plane.It is warm but with snow still on the ground (Henrik's parents had snow up
to their necks in Feb!) Beautiful weather, dense fog every morning followed
by blue skies and sun,great food, good company. What more could we ask for?
(I still get very excited everytime we pass by one of those elk road signs, it seems
crazy to me that an elk could pop out at anytime!)

Have a lovely Easter. We have gone to Norway.

Relaxing day

Italian breakfast with a friend, packing for Norway then relaxing in the garden
with tea,biscuits and lots of magazines. I love being off work!
p.s The bird is not real! (but you knew that??)

Things I like this Tuesday

Im off school now for 2 weeks which is a lovely feeling.Been to Soho and Fitzrovia today to do a few last minute things. On Thursday we head off to Norway and then from Norway we are going to Sweden, then back to Norway. I wanted to fit in a trip to Finland (never been before) but sadly we wont have time.
