We managed 5 out of 7 fleamarkets today and what amazing fleamarkets they were!
I bagged plenty of goods. My favourite was the little Arabia cup and saucer for 40kr. Love it.
The sun was shining and people were really friendly today. Norway in the spring is a whole new experience!
The mug and saucer are my favs too. Glad to see that you can rejoice in the change of seasons- it's all up hill from here. I mean, until October, that is...
ReplyDeleteLisa, everything is pure loveliness.... reminds me of the cute things my gran used to have...but I was too young to appreciate.
ReplyDeleteYou're so clever at flea market shopping... to spot these sweet gorgeous items ( not to mention the stamina it must take). How will you display these ? Can't wait to see !
Siri...don't you mean 'down hill' ? ;)
Glad to hear you had a good day. And the Arabia set is my favorite too. Well done!
ReplyDeleteWow! Beautiful stuff!!
ReplyDeleteWhere did you go? How do you manage 5 a day?? Whats your secrets?
We barely makes 2 a day. And if I find one cool stuff like you do, I feel extremly lucky!
(Today we've been to Smasted and Hasle. Only got tones of pots for the balcony.)
I say, I'm a little bit in love with that cup & saucer too Lisa! What a gem...
ReplyDeleteWhat great booty! I'm so envious of all your Norwegian flea markets, there's barely a decent car boot in London! Glad to hear the snow is melting and spring is on its way...

eek! you found such fab little goodies - i'm so jealous! i'm actually heading to Goteborg next month to do a workshop with Camilla Engman and as luck would have it, it's cheaper for me to fly into Oslo (yay!), so i'll be there for a few days before and after my workshop. if you wouldn't mind, would you be able to let me know where some of the good loppemarkedet are located? (it's perfectly a-ok if you don't want to divulge - good flea markets are like little gold mines and best left secret!) ;) thank you either way, though - it's always a delight to visit your blog! =)
ReplyDeleteNo, no, no ! You did not find all these amazing things at fleamarkets (trying hard to convince myself, as otherwise I would burst with envy :-)
ReplyDeleteBrilliant finds! I haven't been to a flea market for such a long time.
