In London we ate a lot of hummus which was available everywhere but here in Norway we have struggled to find it and when we do its horrid, so today on a trip to Sweden I bought a lovely new food processor and whizzed up a delicious batch of our favourite dip (along with some flatbread cause the pitta bread is crap here too!)

Do you know that Hugh Fern-Whit does lots of different types of hummuses with beetroot and all sorts!
