In London we ate a lot of
hummus which was available everywhere but here in Norway we have struggled to find it and when we do its horrid, so today on a trip to Sweden I bought a lovely new
food processor and whizzed up a delicious batch of our favourite dip (along with some flatbread cause the pitta bread is crap here too!)
i love hummus too. what a bummer that you can't find it there! i've never made my own though - do you have a good recipe? (we got a food processor at our wedding and i've never used it!)

Kaya- I shall check out Hugh Fern Whit, I have a bag of beetroot needing to be used! I have to make the house nice and cozy cause its been so dark and grey lately, so lots of candles help!!
