Bits of the weekend








It was a quiet weekend with some wandering around East London and much time on the sofa.
I made the delicious veggie chili from Door sixteen and a banana loaf from the Hummingbird Bakery cook book. Tomorrow is February so we can say goodbye to January, the most depressing month of the year (in my humble opinion!)

    We used to live in a studio on Wilkes Street and I always feel a little homesick when I see or am in the area. I love the banana cake recipe from Hummingbird... just delicious. It always turns out perfect!
