It feels like the light has been switched on for spring.

Sunday afternoon

It felt like summer had arrived on Sunday, we wandered across the park to have lunch, we wandered back and Henrik sketched whilst we watched Seinfeld.

Saturday in Canterbury

Whats nice about Henrik being from Norway is that he loves to see
England and forces me to leave London every month or so to see
somewhere new (preferably some place with lots of history and bonus
points if he can see a castle!) Saturday was spent in Canterbury where
Henrik got his fill of British history (and I got to shop a little too!)

Norsk Living

Just booked our flights to Norway for Easter and our Summer holiday.
Looking forward to clean air, wonderful seafood, swimming in the fjord
and staying in our lovely bed in the ceiling (getting eaten by mosquitos!)

What a difference....

six weeks makes.... After the worst snow for 18 years London is beginning to
feel Spring like. Finally.

Saturday

We walked to Uniqlo to buy jeans, through Regents Park, warmed up at home with tea then saw friends for dinner at their place.

Sunday in Lancashire

Sunday we wandered round flea markets and I found a beautiful
Norwegian coffee set.

Liverpool

I showed Henrik around my home City, Liverpool at the weekend. He was
shocked at how friendly people are compared to grumpy old London!

Iron men

Another Place by Antony Gormley consists of 100 cast iron,life size figures
spread out along three km of the coastline. They are right by my mums
house in Liverpool and every time we have been the tide has been in
and we have only ever caught sight of their heads, but this weekend
we were lucky!

Saturday in Sussex

We drove down to Camber and Rye in East Sussex on Saturday.
It felt like spring until we sat in the sand dunes to eat ice cream
then we remembered it was February in England!
