Weekend

Henrik and I spent the weekend babysitting my God daughter,her sister and two brothers. Lovely weather, lots of silliness. We are now totally exhausted. About to flop onto the sofa and enjoy an evening of Lost/Mad men/True blood.

On a hill

I have my first cold of the season (working in a school means I get sick ALOT) Feeling rubbish. Ugh. This picture was taken a few weeks ago, sitting at the top of Primrose Hill before it was going dark just after 7pm. I miss the light nights. My shop is up and running, postage sorted.

My little shop

I have opened up a little shop. It's not quite ready for purchasing anything yet as I have not quite worked out the P&P rates but should be up and running very soon!

Sunday flowers

I spotted a farm shop this morning with this bunch of Dahlias outside and screeched to a halt to buy them. They are my favourites. (The other flowers Henrik bought me from the supermarket yesterday) We are having a relaxing afternoon at home, me in one room watching Mad Men and Henrik in the other watching Lost.

All in a days worth

Got this lovely little book in the mail today. Dawn draws her day, the products she uses and everything she eats. Its beautifully done.

Grown by me

Strawberries from my little plant, Dahlias I grew from bulbs and cress I grew from
a packet of seeds (not exactly rocket science, I know) but I feel very proud!

Back at work

My seven week summer holiday ended today. Back to work.
It was a shock to the system! Getting our classroom ready for the children, who
return to school on Monday, I shall miss being a lady of leisure!

String Shelving

It sat on the spare bed for over a year, now its up on the wall and I love it!

Cushions

Finally got round to having some cushion covers made with my Ahlens
material. We now have too many to choose from!
